available only in Puerto Rico

At Micheo Music we have free local shipping direct to your home when you place an online order of $50 or more for most items. If your order qualifies for “free shipping" you will see the option as a shipping method when completing your order.

Some larger and heavier items do not qualify for free shipping, such as: acoustic grand and upright pianos, study tables, subwoofers, home pianos, among others. For these products we offer delivery options available when completing your order.

• Our free shipping offer is available only in Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to the United States or international addresses do not qualify.
• Free shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized or overweight products.
• In the event you need to process a return, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or credit.
• Lightweight items (14 pounds or less) will be shipped via USPS regular mail. This is trackable and indicates estimated delivery date.
• Heavier items are shipped via Island Wide. Delivery times range between one and three days, depending on the distance to the destination. These require a physical address to process them.
