The X Series is made to play. The acoustic-electric D‑X1E features the iconic Dreadnought body shape, now available in two eye‑catching high‑pressure laminate (HPL) patterns—koa or mahogany. The HPL top, back, and sides offer durability and classic Martin style, while playability enhancements include a thinner fingerboard with a gently beveled comfort edge, refined string spacing, and a modernized bridge contour for a smooth playing experience.

Its signature size is loud and projective with strong bass, making it suitable for any genre and experience level. The D‑X1E also includes satin tuners and Martin E‑1 electronics with a built‑in chromatic tuner plus volume, tone, and phase controls. All X Series models come with a softshell case.
