Fluff Drive is Warm Audio’s first signature pedal, developed in collaboration with Ryan “Fluff” Bruce and voiced around the screaming overdrive tones modern metal players rely on. After years of evaluating high-gain pedals and pushing amps to their limits, Fluff helped refine a legendary ‘80s overdrive platform into a focused tool for today’s metal rigs. Designed to hit the front of an amp hard, Fluff Drive delivers aggressive mids, tight low-end response, and immediate clarity that pushes power tubes into controlled saturation. Fluff Drive expands on a classic circuit with features tailored for high-gain and down-tuned playing. A modded low-boost tightens bass response for extended-range guitars and modern tunings. The mid-enhance switch allows the boost to be placed before or after the gain stage for flexible shaping. A variable, selectable noise gate adapts to tight rhythm playing or sustained leads, while a voltage boost increases headroom for clearer drive and stronger output. Built with premium analog components including JRC4558 op-amps, discrete transistors, and an internal voltage doubler, Fluff Drive delivers reliable, amp-driving performance on stage or in the studio and is backed by Warm Audio’s 5-year warranty.

All-Analog Gate With Sensitivity Control
One issue that plagues modern high-gain guitar players is excessive noise and feedback. Fluff Drive brings a feature typically seen on digital and plug-in products to the analog domain, cutting off noise and feedback, and keeping riffs and chugs clean. The gate has a selectable on/off switch and a variable pot to adjust sensitivity.
Pre And Post Mid-Enhance
While the mid-enhance control was available on the original pedal inspiration, Fluff wanted to look at allowing the user to place the control before or after the gain stage. This allows the Fluff drive to adjust between articulate and saturated gain depending on part and playing style.
Premium Components for Clipping & Power
WA-FLFT uses premium op-amps (JRC4558) and clipping diodes to provide musical distortion worthy of high-gain rigs. The dual switch cap voltage doubler allows the WA-FLF to deliver even higher headroom (using 9v power) without having to have the pedal modified or risk using unstable power.
