With the detail of the capsule combined with the clean, pure signal transfer from the contemporary circuit design, the WA-87jr will be right at home on many sources.

A selectable -10dB pad allows the WA-87jr to handle SPLs up to 135dB, making capturing loud sources easy.
70 Hz High Pass Filter [WA-87jr ONLY]
Engaging the 70 Hz high pass filter helps remove unwanted bass rumble and noise at the source instead of playing with potentially tone-destructive EQ during the mixing process.
