Key Features
Acoustics & Body Design
YTS-62 Neck: A slightly narrower bore provides a faster response and greater control. The new 62 style neck allows a comfortable flow of air so that every player can attain a solid tonal core.

YTS-62 Neck Receiver: The professional style neck receiver increases togetherness of neck and body offering richer tones. It has the flexibility to choose between the included 62-style neck and those designed for the Custom Z and Custom EX Yamaha saxophones (sold separately).

62 Shape & Two-Piece Bell: The traditional body shape is adopted, which makes the sound brighter and playing feel lighter. The two-piece bell features brass sheets jointed together by the hands of craftsmen, then shaped to the bell with a machine.

Two-Point Contact & Bell-Ring: Two-point contact is adopted for enhanced projection and a free-blowing response. The bell ring supports the instrument to vibrate well when players blow into it.

Mechanics & Playability
Integrated Key Posts & Separate Key Guard: This style of key posts adds a moderate resistance and makes the instrument sound as you blow into it. The separate key guards feature adjustable screw cap stoppers for professional-style technical adjustments.

Adjustable Tear Drop Front F Key & Seesaw Key: The unique tear-drop shaped F key improves playability and is adjustable to players' preferences. The left-hand seesaw key has been designed to increase playability as well as provide a more comfortable feel.

Improved Octave Key & Low B-C# Connection: Features a simple but functional octave joint to realize smoothness. An improved mechanism from the low B-C# connection ensures the consistent closing of the low C# key and promotes a clear response from notes in the low range of the instrument.

Aesthetics & Accessories
Unique Bell Engraving (Only for YTS-62A) & 62 Style: Hand engraving is done by craftsmen after lacquering to enhance the contrast with the brass, adding a luxurious feel. The 62 style design is more elaborate with finer detail, offering delicate beauty.

Case (TSC-600E): The included semi-hard case offers a contemporary look and greater ease of transport.
